The details come from peer-reviewed articles and other items that were written by that author and indexed in Scopus (i.e., published in journals and books that the Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Board has selected for inclusion and indexing). The information in a profile includes the author’s name, affiliation(s), subject area, publications and citations.
Scopus assign each author a unique Author Identifier (Author ID) which seeks to pull any name variants you may have under the one profile. You can also update your profile using the "Edit Author Profile" and "View Potential Matches" functions.
